Piano Keyboards For Kids

little girl singing for blogIf you read my last post, you might remember that my daughter is showing some interest in playing the piano/keyboard. She always liked music, and really enjoys to sing, but I admit I’m glad she wants to play piano too! I always will encourage my kids to have their own interest without mega-influence from me, but I have to admit that I’m glad she likes music at least enough to want to learn a little. It’s funny because they’ve seen me and heard me practicing my songs for years. Every once in a while, they might come over and and listen, but none of them had any interest in learning to play until now.

So, I decided that I’m going to get her a small kid keyboard for Christmas this year, and I thought I would share the ones I’m looking at on here. There’s so many to choose from, but I want her to have one that is more like a real instrument, and not a toy. But that’s tough though because I want it to keep her interest. Here are the ones I’m looking at-

This one is $49.95

This one is $59.95

This one is $39.95. I’m leaning towards this one.

This is $31.99. If you have a younger child, and are looking for more of a toy, this one is nice. I bought two of these for my kids a few years ago and they still play with it.

Do you have a child who plays piano or keyboard? Which one do they have? Please share in the comment section below.

And just a quick update on my songs. I’m still working on recording my latest song. I wrote the whole thing, and then decided that I wanted to change it, so I went back and re-wrote it. That’s partly why it’s not recorded yet. Another reason is, I’m only able to really record my songs at night time. I don’t know why. I have a little time during the day that I could record my songs, but for whatever reason I’m just not creative during the day. My mind is just too focused on other things, and I’m not really able to write or even record any songs.

So, for everyone who’s following my songs, this one will be out soon! I’m really excited about this song, and I think you will love it as much as I do! If you want to hear some of my songs, go to the music player on the right of the screen. There’s also a video for my song, Journey, if you haven’t seen it yet.

And as always, thanks again for all of you who listen to my songs. I’ve said it before, and it might sound weird, but I’m glad I’m able to share my music with you. I never had the guts before, and it’s nice to kind of be over it, even though it took me a very long time. Better late than never.

**All of the prices listed for the keyboards were correct when I wrote this. They might change, as the holidays get closer.
